Q: WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
A: We accept any majo credit card. All payments are done on a secure page and we do not store your card details or share your information with any third parties. We also accept Pay Pal
Q: CAN I PAY WITH OTHER CURRENCY?
A: All our prices are in USD [$ US DOLLARS] but you can pay in any currency. Your Bank will deduct the amount equal to your order-total, all automatically. We have a built-in currency converter on the site, but this is a guide only; you need to check with your preferred payment method for the exact rates, as these change.
Q: DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
A: No – currently we only ship to the United States of America. This is to ensure our shipping speeds are 2-3 days. Once we are confident we can deliver fast shipping times to other countries we will open the checkout to more areas.
Q: CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
A: Since we begin shipping your order the next day after purchase, we cannot cancel any order 24 hours past the order time. Once your order hits our warehouse, it starts getting processed and then ships out to you.
Q: HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Q: HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
A: Please contact customer support at [email protected] . State clearly what you are returning and what size/etc you require. You are liable for the return P&P. We exchange US orders free of charge, International orders will be due P&P for the reshipping of the new item/s. We have a full policy you can read HERE!
Q: DO YOU DO CASH REFUNDS?
A: You will qualify for a cash refund if you have purchased a full price item and returned it within 30 days of receiving it. We only offer store credit on clearance/ sale items.
Q: WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
A: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your item on USPS.com / UPS.com as well as your local post-office website. Q: I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER – WHERE IS IT?
A: Please allow 7 business days for US orders and 20 business days for international delivery. Please allow these timeframes before contacting us about a missing order.
